Prof Amon Chizema researches in corporate governance. He studies executive compensation, the composition of boards and how institutional change in governance matters affect firm performance. Some of his work has appeared in world-class academic journals including Journal of Management Studies (2), Corporate Governance: An International Review, Journal of General Management, International Business Review and Journal of World Business.
